    Freeze Protection Valve for Solar Hot Systems RBM Frost Protection Valve 15mm

    The RBM Frost Protection Valve was used by various solar hot water manufacturers to meet the requirements of solar collector panels installed in a frost prone environment.

    The RBM Frost Protection Valve provides system protection for solar collector panels when installed in low temperature climates. The valve opens when the ambient temperature drops below 3°C, activating the water supply from the collector tank to pass through the panels and reduce the risk of water freeze in the collectors. When the ambient temperature increases above 6°C, the valve will close automatically.
